Breakfast was outstanding, the best of our entire trip. Variety of choice, freshness of ingredients and excellent service combined to make this an experience I would like to pack up and take with us everywhere. Facilities were above average. Electric car charging points available but if you use an Electroverse account you might find you can't start a charge with the app because of signal problems in the underground car park. Use the RFID card and there's no problem. A real bonus to be able to park so for anyone visiting with a car and wanting to be close to the Cathedral this is a good choice.

Likes- Convenient location for Rouen historic centre. Advise taking Metro for 2 stops from the train station, the hotel is 2 minute walk from Theatre des Arts stop. Well equipped kitchenette, with coffee maker, microwave, stove and dishwasher. The beds (even fold down ones) were very comfortable and we got a great nights sleep. Staff were friendly and responsive. We made use of pre check-in luggage storage. Room facing courtyard was very quiet despite central location. Dislikes- Shower pressure wasn’t great and waste water outflow was a bit slow. They don’t offer room cleaning for stays of less than 1 week, but not a problem for us. You need to pay €150 damage deposit on arrival (but this was made clear when I booked) so no complaints.

I have been to Rouen a few times before and I love the City which is twinned with Norwich. We chose our hotel primarily because of location - it is right on the edge of the City Centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was excellent - modern, clean and spacious. I was in Rouen with my 2 sons and their partners - we were able to all get together in one room and use the small but excellent kitchen to prepare cold food. Parking was straightforward and easy to navigate. A great place to stay.

Excellent location. Easy to find. Friendly staff. New and clean. Modern attractive design. Good breakfast (but not worth 21 Euros). Parking is below the hotel and the lift takes you straight to it so when you check out it's easy to get to your car. Parking costs 19 Euros.

This aparthotel is in a superb location for on-foot exploration of beautiful Rouen. Our rooms, on the fifth floor, had wonderful views of the river, and were spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was superb, the best we have ever encountered in France. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in the center, a walking distance from historical part. It's all paying parking in the streets around the hotel, but the good thing is that you don't pay at night (19:00 till 9:00). Breakfast was good. The room was also good, despite kitchen and dining were not very spacious. We had a couple of hot days, it was pleasant to have air conditioning in the room.

Everything was perfect with our stay here. The front desk staff was outstanding at all times of the day and night. Easy, and not expensive, underground parking is available. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Definitely have dinner at the onsite restaurant, Quindici Trattoria. The location is just across from the beautiful Seine river. Walking distance to all the sites in Rouen. I highly recommend staying here!!!

The place was lovely and spotlessly clean, with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was absolutely superb—close to everything, which made it easy to explore the area. The apartment itself was well-equipped with modern amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommended to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and a touch of luxury!"
