Likes- Convenient location for Rouen historic centre. Advise taking Metro for 2 stops from the train station, the hotel is 2 minute walk from Theatre des Arts stop. Well equipped kitchenette, with coffee maker, microwave, stove and dishwasher. The beds (even fold down ones) were very comfortable and we got a great nights sleep. Staff were friendly and responsive. We made use of pre check-in luggage storage. Room facing courtyard was very quiet despite central location. Dislikes- Shower pressure wasn’t great and waste water outflow was a bit slow. They don’t offer room cleaning for stays of less than 1 week, but not a problem for us. You need to pay €150 damage deposit on arrival (but this was made clear when I booked) so no complaints.

The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Definitely have dinner at the onsite restaurant, Quindici Trattoria. The location is just across from the beautiful Seine river. Walking distance to all the sites in Rouen. I highly recommend staying here!!!

The location was absolutely superb—close to everything, which made it easy to explore the area. Breakfast was good. The room was also good, despite kitchen and dining were not very spacious. We had a couple of hot days, it was pleasant to have air conditioning in the room.

This aparthotel is in a superb location for on-foot exploration of beautiful Rouen. Our rooms, on the fifth floor, had wonderful views of the river, and were spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was superb, the best we have ever encountered in France. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
